In the 19th century the clipper ship was the state-of-the-art in sea-going transportation technology, "clipping off" miles at an astonishing pace. In 1938, Wheels Clipper was the name chosen for a new land transportation company dedicated to the same ideals of innovation, service and reliability.

Wheels Clipper
operates as a licensed Broker of Transportation as defined by FMCSA 49 CFR
371.2, MC161489 – our liabilities are limited as defined by the regulation.
We designs our
services to meet the specialized transportation needs of our customers. While
we do not operate as a “Motor Carrier” we will arrange your transportation
through our extensive list of contracted Motor Carriers as noted in the “Carrier
Agreement”.
It is agreed that all
shipments are tendered to Wheels Clipper on a Shippers, Load and Count Basis.
The Shipper is responsible for properly blocking and bracing all freight.
All shipments will be
deemed to have a maximum cargo not to exceed $100,000.00 (USD) unless agreed in
writing by Wheels Clipper prior to the tender of shipment.
All claims will be
handled and processed in accordance with 49 CFR 370 and 49USC 14706. All
shipments must be tendered on a standard and uniform bill of lading. Remitted
claims will be based on the cost of the product claimed for.
Wheels Clipper
accepts no liability for delay, unless prior written authorization of such
consequences are provided to and signed by Wheels Clipper prior to tender of
shipment.
